Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SKALEOAI, operated at skaleoai.com. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are using the service for business purposes, and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

SKALEOAI is an AI-powered growth platform for Shopify sellers. It analyzes your connected store data and produces audits, daily tasks, chat guidance, reports, and related insights. SKALEOAI provides guidance and analysis — it does not guarantee any specific revenue, traffic, conversion, or business outcome. Results depend on your products, market, execution, and factors outside our control.

• One account per person. You may not share login credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@skaleoai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permitted

• Using SKALEOAI to analyze and grow Shopify stores you own or are authorized to manage.
• Exporting your own reports and data.
• Sharing your affiliate link through honest, lawful promotion.

Prohibited

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract our models, prompts, or source code.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling the service without written permission.
• Using the service for unlawful activity, or for stores selling illegal goods.
• Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with the service's operation.

A valid Shopify store is required to use SKALEOAI's analysis features. You authorize us to access your store data through Shopify's official OAuth flow. You can revoke this access at any time. SKALEOAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. "Shopify" is a trademark of Shopify Inc.

• Paid plans (Starter $49/month or $490/year; Pro $79/month or $790/year) are billed through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD.
• 7-day money-back guarantee: first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — no questions asked. Email support@skaleoai.com.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no partial-period refunds after the 7-day guarantee window.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

• Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on payments from customers they refer, for as long as the referred subscription stays active.
• Referrals are tracked with a 90-day cookie. Attribution and payouts are handled by LemonSqueezy.
• Prohibited: spam, misleading claims, self-referrals, bidding on SKALEOAI brand keywords, or implying you are SKALEOAI itself.
• We may withhold commissions from fraudulent referrals and may remove affiliates who violate these rules.

SKALEOAI owns the platform — the software, design, branding, and all underlying technology. You own your data — your store data, business information, and inputs remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. AI outputs generated for your store (audits, tasks, reports, ad copy) are yours to use in your business.

SKALEOAI's insights are generated by AI models and are suggestions, not professional advice. They are not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendation before acting on it. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — verify important figures against your own records.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKALEOAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKALEOAI and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

• You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users — with notice where practicable.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (deleted within 30 days).

SKALEOAI serves customers worldwide. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SKALEOAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@skaleoai.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved individually — not as class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, cancel your subscription before they take effect.
